You were never a hauler, I guarantee it.
Exacerbated.
He could before, too. Or did you mean k-space static?
The ābugsā or āholesā in this new feature can easily be worked out.

Make ALL Courier contracts able to be PICKED UP and DELIVERED.
Sorry courier scammers, find a new line of work⦠-
If you have Access [but are unable to dock]
A) Deposited items are delivered to your hangar.
B) Removed items are ejected from the Citadel [in a can] that you have to scoop up.
Giving the chance of someone shooting the can before you reach it.
OR someone else scooping the can if you are not quick enough.
- If you do NOT have access > Items are placed in your Delivered Items hangar.
A) There is no removal / ejection option without access rights.
Correct me if I am wrong below:
B) Items in the Delivered Items hangar can NOT currently be put into a Contract or Asset Safety.
A+B = You dooming items to the void until that Citadel is un-anchored, or you gain access rights.
So no endless storing / restocking from enemy Citadels for cloaky campers or anyone else.
Did I miss something?
All these neat cargo related updates created a bug in station. If you open your main inventory, and have it set to a specific location on your screen, and have it pinned, well⦠Now it closes every single time you undock. Super annoying!
You are forgetting that people that honestly want to set up a citadel and receive shipments via couriers that could not really do so before because the scam was preventing haulers from trusting almost all private citadels will now be able to do so with confidence of deliveries being made.
This may or not be allowed. There is a requirement that one party may not impersonate another. Im not sure if that extends to impersonating yourself for the purpose of deception, but it possibly could.
I have long been concerned with the extreme imbalance between the hauler and the contract setter. The contract setters risks almost nothing while the haulers risk a fortune on most contracts. There needs to be more balance between the setters and the haulers and this change is a step in the proper direction.
OMG this has been one of the best added features in a LONG time. This is a HUGH time saver even from a miners point of view, fleet orca unloads are reduced by about 75%+ by avaoiding a dock & undock & re-align out of the undock, well done CCP
I donāt think this is an issue.
Frankly, the only current issue is that someone can deny you access after you accept a courier contract. The delivery man can be careful and avoid any other issues. In your example⦠they can dock at the citadel BEFORE accepting the contract.
But you canāt dock before delivering. This was the one part where the only way to avoid a potential scam is to never deliver to a citadel whoās owner you donāt know and trust.
With this you can. They may still gank you on the way, but thatās fine. Iām okay with any timer preventing delivery. As long as itās POSSIBLE to deliver to a locked station itās fine.

I mean really why did we ever dock in stations?
We should have always been able to electronically transfer and goods, this would also solve the whole freighter gank issue.
Havenāt you heard?
It does not matter if 80% of all veterans on EVE voted to keep the POSes.
We have never been able to plan long term, unless the new money is going to care what we say.
If the replacement CEO or the replacement Company from Korea does announce itās willingness to give a ā ā ā ā what we say - PLEASE let me know ASAP!
I LOVE the cargo deposit. It has been great for moon ore. I can use my Rorqual far from home and dump loads of ore and a deep space transport into an athanor for ease of refine. This has been an amazing little thing.
