Is there a faster way to repair -7 Serpentis standings than running lvl 1 missions? 0.05 standing increase every 19 missions is painful! I have criminal connections and social 5

L1s with a storyline agent in the same station should fix the standing in a relatively short amount of time. HLW, PO4, K-Q have 2 normal and 1 storyline agent in the same system. That should speed up the repair considerably.
You should also use the Glamourex standing boosters while you do that. That should help you for their duration for a few storylines.
It’s 19 missions to get a storyline, the 2 storylines I ran gave +0.078 (with event booster) and +0.055 standings. That’s an average of 72 storyline missions to get to -2 standings from -6.7, or 1446 lvl1 missions total before I can access a lvl 2 agent. “Relatively short” doesn’t enter the equation 
16 missions.. not 19… unless they nerfed missions and make you do 3 extra.. its 16 missions then you get a storyline.. but it must be the same level and same faction
find a faction that has good standings and shares derived standings with serpentis.

My bad I thought it was 19 missions, still the figure is astronomical at 1331 missions (with boosters). I read online that completing angel epic arc will increase Serpentis faction standings so I started with that and it had no effect at all so I am kind of at the point of giving up on trying to repair it. With other factions there are options such as the epic arc to gain fast standings but not so with Serpentis it seems
have you done the COSMOS gas missions or can you do any of the level 1s?
No I don’t really know anything about those missions
Those are one time only missions that raises your faction levels.
Make an alt to pull missions for you to dual box.
Faction standings are not shared in a fleet I tried it. Strangely enough they seem to be shared for lvl 1 missions but not higher tiers
