Buddy, attacking me personally doesn’t work. I don’t care if you call me a bully, bullied, illiterate or imply that I am annoyed by this post. I have been playing this game for 20 years! To speed up the discussion, let’s assume that I am all of the above as well as space poor and bad at pvp.
I am trying to make some points, albeit in a satirical and sarcastic way, that this new scheme will not work for a plethora of reasons.

if you want to make a difference and actually hurt the main highsec bullies (BLACKFLAG.), you would make more of a difference by going for their money-making structures they own themselves including:
- Amarr Market Azbel in Ashab “Cheapest Market Best Prices”
- the POCO’s owned by “Omega Friends and Medialabs”
- the ‘Cheapest’ markets player-owned markets around EVE

I have a small corp, about 3 of us, 5-6 characters. We have a raitaru in a system but someone else has come and put up a competing raitaru.
I want to war dec then and try to kill their station. Am I allowed to or will Init come and kill me with 150 hurricanes?
You are theorising. All you have to do is complete application A34 with all attachments and submit it to the employee responsible for your constellation.
I’ve done it several times, they’re responding quite fast. And if you have read the initial post, your theoretical question has already been answered there.
I don’t see a response. Can you answer it for me? It looks like they will.
This is not a theory, I will press the button if they tell me my 6 characters are safe from 200+

I do not need help. I am a very small corp and want to war dec another small corp who have put up a competing raitaru in the system I use. I hope you understand that for now I will not name the system.
CCP have a war dec mechanic for this reason, but if you are going to bring 200+ hurricanes to kill 6 characters, I think this is toxic and possibly abusing the system which is designed to allow small scale pvp in this manner.
Can you confirm that if they open for assist, you are just going to come and wipe me out? Perhaps you can see that by bringing 200+ people to come and stop small scale game play like this, you are becoming the same as BlackFlag and PIRAT and other highsec large groups that bully smaller players?

You are obviously theorising. The initial post talks about ‘being harassed by pesky pirates’, everybobdy knows who they are like Blackflag, Bully Brigade, P I R A T successors et al. Send a mail to Dark Shines if you re not that case and I ll guess you ll be spared when you re just a 3 char alt corp whose members are not killing structures frequently. It is an effort to take down a war hq and I suppose INIT folks wont go for you if you do not meet the objectives of the initial post.

It wasn’t a hypothetical and I just decced last night. We shall see.
Over the last 3 days, the killboard shows init have sent 150+ characters to kill 3 groups that are only 3-4 guys.
- pippo is 1 guy, who let most people he decced live
- BB is about 3-4 guys who don’t pvp or even kill active players
- mud is 1 guy who only has 3 characters

I was in a fleet this morning which reinforced one of the war hqs of one of the corps which killed dozens of structures during the last weeks with apparently a couple of dozen members.
Mate looking at this it obvious who is to blame for any complications you may encounter.
Be aware to use the correct alt when you re messaging Dark Shines asking for support for your 1 char holding corp for which you recently put up a structure and war decced it to exemplify your argument.
I didn’t misunderstand anything. If the people you dec ask for help, they will get it. Hence our service is available to everyone.
