Yes, it is time to increase the pitifully small limits on the shared bookmark folders, both regarding the number of bookmarks (especially that) and the number of simultaneously connected “online” folders.
500 bookmarks is rather little for e.g. a corp with a few hundred members where you have a “socket” of instadocks, perches, safes, etc. and then a dozen people out exploring every day. And 3 folders are very easily exhausted by e.g. corp bookmarks, bookmarks shared with alts, and the public Thera connections.

Only if you pay 50 plex per 10 extra slots. /sarc (Maybe not /sarc for Alphas.)
IMO, ccp should give players the option to store unlimited bookmarks locally, and then have the option to move them between the local folder and CCPs server (both the shared folder and the character’s personal bookmark list.)
