I am at wits end with trying to manage multiple characters doing reactions and having to trade multiple items because of not having a shared input/output solution. Does any one know of a solution to this issue? Perhaps I am missing something, but I can not even change input/output locations without adding containers to the item hanger. Ideally, I would like all the materials to be in a centralized storage that all the alts can start reactions from, and a centralized storage where the finished products are dumped. Any thoughts are appreciated.

As stefnia said: You can do that with containers in corporation hangars. If configured correctly all characters have access to those containers and therefore can use them as input and output.
