I hate to break it to you, but surely your capsuleer would not look anything like this if it where real.
A capsuleer is a hairless naked body with interface access ports all over it, living in a pod of goo to survive space travel.

All those pod-goo floaters went outside their pod at least once to take a pretty picture though, which represents them during communication with other pod-goo floaters.
Higher level clones don’t need the goo, or even a pod.

You guys still use clones? I just upload my infomorph into a citadel computer and operate eight ships remotely through the fluid router from the comfort of my custom virtuality.

And it is not goo.. It is a liquid.. And having facial hair and such would not be out of the realm of possibility. But yeah, game.. using tech that would not work as it does in the game.
In fact I would have a better chance of getting the sans ICS Hyper encabulator to actually work better as cyber security. Well come to think of it considering how most companies use and understand cyber security.. Sans ICS hyper encabulator might work better anyways.
Again it’s a game.. Set in an improbable future. That in canon know one outside of the drifters really understands..

I doubt that you would look anything like this at all. Why? Why would you immortalize yourself as a geriatric, wrinkled dodderer when you can do the opposite and get rid of this disadvantageous stuff…

This is scifi…and in scifi adherence to the respective canon is usually highly valued. So go ahead and regenerate your guy without glasses, hair and wrinkles in a cup of transparent pudding. Also leave Batman and the Joker out please. Both are not canon in the EVE universe.
For no better reason than it amused me. Everyone running around with the perfect bodies and looks. With nary an imperfection. It amused me to be the old guy. The imperfection. And as I am a 60+ year old anyways. Who better to pull off being the old guy that requested his clone look as old as he is.
I am in my 60’s In real life. I have in lived a life that these games are but a pale shadow of what leading a life on the edge really looks like. It is only in the past 30+ years that I lived what some would call a mundane or ordinary life. So I choose for this toon to look like an old man for my own amusement.
Aww too bad.. Canon is all over the place and it has some continuity problems in some places. But that is expected in any game or series any ways. And as I am no more real concerned about what is canon beyond the storytelling some of the world building. It is just a matter of perspective. For you it would seem to be a serious matter. For me it about flavor and some of the mystery that the dev put in the game.
And by the way Batman is the bad guy as is the Joker. I do not take orders all that easily. Lived far to long and am retired for anyone to tell me what I will or not do. Except my wife. But that is a different story.. LOL This is a game. We each have our own way of approaching Eve Online.
