The new mobile cyno beacon (normal / and covert ) , can i jump to both with caps ?

You cant jump to a covert cyno
The two mobile cyno beacons are more recent than the (really useful) picture linked by @Shipwreck_Jones , so they’re not present on that picture as ‘can light’ options.
Nevertheless, they follow the same system: capital ships can only jump to the regular (non-covert) mobile cyno beacon.
Only black ops battleships can jump or bridge to the covert variant.
