Sounds like Chaos Era MK2 and they donāt want anyone to test their changes before throwing them on the live server. Canāt wait to see what a cluster of a disaster this one is.

Time to remove Capital Ships Construction V from my training queue on TQ, then.
This reads like CCP doesnāt have the time/resources to listen to player feedback / fix bugs that are reported on SiSi; because letās face it, a lot of SiSi feedback is ignored and gets pushed to TQ anyway.
How does the meme go again?
I dont always test my code, but when I do, I do it on production.

I think everyone here is missing something.
Think of the business drivers for closing (for an indeterminate amount of time) the pre-production test server for āVIP accessā:

Pearl Abyss of a member of CCP leadership pushed for rapid completion of a feature/new NPE element and they want to see it rushed to production

The CSM suggested a new feature and it was keyed for focused release, outside of the normal release schedule
-
A member of Security or Core dev discovered a key vulnerability or exploit and theyāre slamming the schedule to fix it
-
Someone on the inside had a really great idea for a feature or something theyāve been running as a side project and theyāve restricted access to SiSi so that whichever players/whomever contributed to the idea can test it before they push it to production (or not)
Soā¦ chill guys. No matter which of the above it is, weāll find out, and thereās a decent chance itāll turn out to be a good thing.

Since CCP doesnāt have manpower anymore to keep Sisi open for players (at least I suppose thatās the reason why they closed it), maybe itās time to let players host private servers? Of course, CCP needs to get their share of profit from private servers, for example you couldnāt play on them without having an active Omega account on Tranquility and to ensure that players donāt leave TQ for private servers.

I donāt think itās a question of manpower to keep the server open. I find it more likely that one of the following is true:
- CCP wishes to conduct a controlled test on the most robust test environment available and users logging in to do things outside the scope of that test would corrupt the results of the test.
- CCP wishes to test features that, if publicly known, could reasonably affect the behavior of players on tranquility in a way they feel is negative.
- CCP wishes to test something they are intentionally leaving as a surprise, either alone or in concert with other changes.
- CCP is testing something that is feature incomplete that theyāre not yet satisfied with, and wish to delay the storm of complaints they would receive regarding something they already know does not meet their standards.
I do not know what the exact reason is, either, but I find it unlikely that putting Sisi in VIP mode means that it doesnāt require the same or nearly the same level of maintenance to keep it operational.

Hello. There is a huge request. Please, create a small server for players where we can test ship fits. Several systems, free access to modules and ships, 5 entrances to the abyss and several groups of enemies - thatās all what we need. We are even ready to pay extra for this opportunity.
they will not listen to players,they did ignore feedbacks for pretty long time.

We players sometimes make mistakes in the perception of certain things. There are delays. It also happens that the representative of the administration knows more and cannot quickly find the correct answer. Or he needs time to contact the right specialist to discuss the matter. I notice a slightly different thing - they respond and introduce the playersā offers, if it is even close to company policy. With a delay, which is normal. In this case, I propose making inexpensive paid access to a separate test server. Therefore, it seems to me a chance that this will be done for us. From the point of view of the administrator, my mistake is that the forum section is not the same. On the other hand, I immediately turn to someone who is related to the server group.

Iāve recently decided to jump back into EVE after a couple of years on hiatus and I can see that there are numerous new features and ships in the gameā¦ and a whole new race 
My knowledge of the game degraded over time, plus there are balancing passes, new user interfaces, new space, new ships,ā¦
Iād like to re-learn the game, so Iām only interested about the estimate on how long SiSi will be in VIP mode. Days? Weeks? Months? A rough āfrom-toā estimate will do (whatever the estimate is) 
Regarding the āplay on TQā vibe going on here - there are many aspects of the game which are simply not available to my character on TQ - structure and sovereignty management being the most obvious one. Iām not interested in managing my own sovereign space on TQ, but Iād like to know as much about the game as possible. Singularity is the place for that.

Definitely just you, it says Closed for public testing which means we can not test on there as we are the public
