Is the test server down? I try to login and i get a message “Connection Failed” message which notes “Starting up…(0 sec.)”

yeh i tried to log in too doesnt work
Try deleting you char from the login page and then renter your char into the login page again. They should send you a e-mail with a code to enter in the popup that appears. That “should” get you back in to sisi. I had to try a 2nd login to get in without freezing.
