I did a test in January 2025 on SISI and everything went well then this summer when reopening the server every time the game stops at the account selection screen with the window that warns me that my clone rank is Alpha and not Omega, yesterday I tried to log in and I always get the same message that blocks me from choosing the character, my account has been Omega state for about 3 years and I have never changed the password or anything else.
