you literally dont. but keep trying to be an “expert” for forum likes. just another whiney carebear screaming for ccp to save highsec from the evil gankurz XD
It’s called a Discussion, if I were in tears you would be hearing me in a more legit salty way, like using curse words or using all caps, this is the problem with CODE., they think they are good people but then present flawed logic and bait bad behaviour from others, you yourselves are no experts in the matter as well when you, like previously, claim that we are complaining about Gankers, this is a CONCORD discussion, not a Gank discussion.
If your reply is specifically in reference to my post, then you will have to enlighten me.
As it is , I’m not aware of an anti-CODE version of minerbumping where “those who hate CODE” post salt from ganker neophytes or share their adventures in baiting other players into conversations for the purpose of ridicule.
Concord response time in a 0.5 system is supposed to be 19 seconds. pulling them off grid can increase that time to ~25 seconds (depending on the system etc)
According to this, the gank took less than 24 seconds, which is longer than concord response time would have been had they not been pulled elsewhere, but within the time for them being pulled.
so if 0.5 response time is SUPPOSED to be ~20 seconds, and pulling them extend that to ~25, then they have been delayed by 5 seconds. which is in violation of the rule. CCP also has the right to enforce those rules as they see fit, just because they have not banned anyone for pulling concord before does not by default mean that they are never allowed to do so.
Yes it is claimed that they “didn’t even use their max dps” which may or may not be true, but with the damage application that they DID get, the gank would not have succeeded in the normal time frame for .5 system had they not pulled concord. which, regardless of if it has gotten people banned before or not, and regardless of how ubiquitous that tactic might be, IS manipulating game mechanics to cause a delay, which IS against the rule as written.
And here is a thread on the old forums referencing that data as well. From what I can tell the numbers should be accurate to within ~1 second (server ticks being what they are)
