The next step would be make him quit the game and biomass.
Instead of investing in EvE Online, just do it in real-life. Get yourself a gat, chrome wheels, a fat stack of dimes, and a good corner. When the boys come to evict you, just start bangin and watch out for the 5-0. You are playing EvE for real now, so don’t get soft and let sympathy undermine you. If someone isn’t you, then they are against you, so don’t hesitate. Every now and again, you can try a camp on the interstate or even a local airport. Wait for a juicy target, do your thing, and ROLL OUT.

On one hand, I mean this made me laugh out loud for like 3 minutes at the sheer ridiculous of this “threat”
I mean if we examine it more, I don’t play EVE for 24/7 of course, so camping a station 24/7 would be a giant waste of their time.
Secondly, the amount of resources this would take, esp in HS, is craziness and easily countered LOL.
Now let us assume you could even get someone to agree to this. The sheer crazy is you would actually drop roughly $4K a month to a grief a random stranger in a vidya game.
