Have to say that this is really slow
Yea im going to give it one more day. I have done another ticket to try and get a response and if they don’t respond tommorow then we should maybe talk about cancelling the sale depending on how long you can wait.
Now that I have re-planned, I can wait for a month to wait for ccp.

No nothing yet I submitted another ticket for it but nothing back from them still.
Weird how slow it’s been other tickets I’ve done before have been solved/answered in a day.
