Please submit a support ticket because something went wrong with the transfer. It has been 18 hrs. and I have not received the character nor have I even received the notification email that a character is being transferred to me.
While this would be normal if you had paid with PLEX, CC and PayPal payments generally generate notification emails almost immediately and only have a 10 transfer time, which is long past.

I will contact CCP. This is from e-mail from 18 hrs ago:

You have chosen to transfer the character Newo Asanari to the account named xxxxxx.

We are currently processing this transfer. The character you are transferring will remain on your account, but will not be playable until the transfer automatically completes.
