[Solved] Window to fixed window resolution trick and fuzzy fonts since patch?

I set my resolution using window mode and then changed to fixed window. Perfect for removing the annoying title bar. Was working perfectly until the last patch. It still works, but the fonts look fuzzy now. Anyone else experience this? Any fixes?

I’m in 4K resolution, under Windows 10 with GTX1080.

Issue solved. Turns out Eve-o Preview was causing the issue. Downloaded the latest version of Eve-o (3.1.0) and all seems fine now.
