If you have to ask, then you probably shouldn’t even attempt it. I’d watch some youtube walkthroughs on the Abyss content first, and look at some player fits they’ve been using.
If you don’t complete the Abyssal instance in 20 minutes, you lose your ship, your fittings, your cargo, your loot, and your pod. Everything.
