You’re approaching this subject all wrong. Guys aren’t just gonna relinquish their customs offices to you, or shoot one down for you just because you asked (not nicely either). Usually how this goes is – you have to take the owner/PVP guy out to dinner first. If dinner is successful, a night will be spent together, and if all goes well there, they might be inclined to give you a share of their customs office or be willing to destroy someone else’s office for you.
i just want to make a profit without losing ships/sec status

Perhaps you should approach POCO owners and ask nicely if you can have a good tax rate. I hear some of them are pretty amenable to that kinda thing.

i have used omega and friends and am tired of the high taxes so i want to use my own
I actually was planning on tricking some of their enemies into declaring war on them by spreading rumors that omega and friends were going to attack one of them which would get alot of customs offices destroyed.
