Of course not, because all he has is an opinion, and opinions don’t need to be supported. Everyone is entitled to have them, no matter what they are.
Claiming something is a fact trhough, without providing evidence, well if he gets asked fro evidence and can’t support it, then he shouldn’t be surprised if people dismiss his “fact” as just opinion.

Its not really that he conjects they are bots.
Its more his direct accusation of it without any supporting evidence, and to the general public.
Basically, a bot report needs to go to CCP, and they will check the facts.
Simply coming on to a public forum and shouting “J’accuse!” Is just unseemly at best and false reporting at worse.
The reception he got would have been much more charitable if the tone was
“Hey guys, check out this thing I saw. Do you think its bots?” Might have generated a little more conversation, a little less action.

so what your saying is your region traders are too greed to sell under bot price…
If I have 15 items I want to sell quickly, I can break them into 3 sell orders of 5 units a piece, and stagger updating them to always being the lowest priced sell order. This is how you achieve undercutting someone “every 1.5 minutes.” Mind blowing, I know.
I’m usually doing 10 or more stacks, to kill competition even quicker.

After the Loss of Royal, It took about 24 hours for new Buy orders to start appearing at the Hubs that came online to replace it ………(With the exception of PLEX/injectors since they are hotly contested no matter what region you trade in) - (I want to make it clear at this point - this is a MARKET BOT that SIMPLY BUYS on buy order) - what it does after that, I have no Idea since I cannot provide evidence on that.
Nothing I would not expect then since if you were not there to see the loss of being able to update your prices at Royal, then It’s pretty clear your not that active (As A TRADER)
Long Story short…….
TODAY - All NEW Bot Buy orders (at the new hubs) got cancelled.
All that I can say is THANKYOU TO CCP 
YOU GUYS ROCK in being able to sort this issue out so fast.
I can only begin to imagine how many staff you have to assign to investigate these Bots and how frustrating it is that you are not able to speak about it apart from the odd statement at the end of the month that says we have banned “X” amount of accounts.
I will say in return that healthy discussion in threads like this “Seem” to have helped clean-up the market this week. TRUST ME - and I think I can speak for all players that have reported suspected BOTS - It is WAY more frustrating for us :frown
Whatever the F*ck is happening down in Null - Keep it up Guys since it is helping EvE Online to survive.

It seems the Blackout has extended to HS Local now also………….
…………. There I am, flying along and doing what I do and I fly thru a system that normally has 20+ guys in local.
Just after DT - as normal, there are between 20 and 30 players in Local and then - AS IT HAPPENS kinda around the same time that the “New” Orders disappeared the other day, all of a sudden there is no-one in Local ! - It’s Gone, Empty !
OK, Chat Bug thing I screamed but no - after tapping the chat window and checking on an alt, local was working just fine and dandy. (Yes, I did check forum to see if Chat had any issues)
I’m kinda thinking to myself now that CCP have tied this “Local Blackout” for Null into a HUGE BOT PURGE.
I for one, truly hope that TEAM SECURITY were granted the staff they needed to make this happen since I have been playing this game for 7 years now and I have never seen so many changes in the “Environment I play in” in one week.
I will be the first to admit, I could be TOTALLY wrong here, but co-incidences in EvE rarely happen - they are CAUSED……………. I have learned this over my time in this game.
I cannot wait for the next report of how many accounts have been banned to be published. I’ll bet my IBIS of Doom it’s a record breaker ;-p

No but I have seen less bot-like fleets in general.

Anyone else seeing some major changes in the “Area” they play in ?
I mean, CLEARLY, no local in Null means the “Real” players there cannot see the Regular’s in local anymore but moving forward, and to continue the original reason for my post - I am gonna guess here that CCP really have stepped up to what the players have asked for and done something BIG about it.
What would be REALLY interesting is to see which area’s of space have been mostly impacted by these Bans ?

Just FYI, I’m a trader in Amarr that ran all my orders through Ashab Port Royal. When Ashab went down, I waited a WEEK, sending messages to the station’s owners and getting no reply, before I moved my orders to a different station. Why? Because Port Royal has survived for a long time, and it was a pain in the butt to move my orders. I was willing to lose a week of trading to avoid the hassle.
So no, failure to instantly move your orders after a hub goes dead is not evidence you are a bot.
Very true, also some orders are placed by casual players who don’t have the time to log in everyday.
Yeah, I traded there too. Only moved my stuff out 6 hours before the timer ran out.
It’s been down before (a couple of months ago) and came back on.
Cancelling the sell orders also carries a penalty (i.e. the lost broker fee).
I’ll check later today if it’s still there or not…
Ashab Mogul is alive (including my orders 
). Looks like Mogul signed up to the protection racket scheme.
