While out scanning I located a capsule, however, there is no one in the system with me, but, the capsule does show up on D-scan, but it is in the sun, when I warp to it I get flung out upon reaching said capsule, is it a glitch?

You can actually reach the Capsule with clever bookmarking and crosswarping, but it might take some time. I had such a Capsule in Kothe once and on grid it really showed a pilot in the overview. It didn’t do anything for multiple days and the Pilot wasn’t shown in local.

Nevermind, I didn’t read properly.
I’ve been told it has something to do with an account biomassing, leaving the item in space until its purged from the database.
That’s disappointing.
I wanted it to be secret lurkers.

Yup. Can confirm. Major Tom was just in J space a few days ago.
