I just had a dream last night of a Citadel Service Module that speeds up your Skill Training, something like a school or academy that you can attend while docked up at that citadel and pay the service fee (like a night class) for x amount of time.
That is a profoundly bad idea.

Yeah its already out, its called accellerators. Plus CCP doesnt want to feed more isk to the people with hundreds of “SP Farms”
