Stealth-style skills and modules

I do, now. But as I said, I enjoyed hitting you guys with that little bit of uncertainty, when it was possible to do so. Daddy made it so it’s not. I can’t even play psyops wit 'em, now.

You can play psyops even better now, but are required to be in fact playing the game to not possibly lose your afk ship.

Yeah, well. I’m only gonna do that to a point. I’ll suck up the penalties afk-mining - I still make a profit. Mining ain’t all that fun. But it does replace ships that you guys demand to kill.

You can still do this. The odds that anyone will use a mobile observatory against you on any given day are miniscule. Sure, eventually they’ll get you, but it’s not going to happen on a regular basis unless you camp the same system over and over again. People definitely still afk cloaky camp.

My miner is one thing. Akira? Akira Shindo? Japanese for intellectual, new way?

Getting her, I won’t make easy. The miner? That’s his job. Play and pray and pay. But Akira I make hard.

This isn’t a problem, because of the vast number of players who do absolutely nothing but grind PvE all day. Killing a PvEer is like chopping off a hydra’s head; for every one you take off, two take its place.

This doomsday scenario being peddled by carebears simply will never happen. They’ve been threatening us with it since 2003, and all this time, the player demographics have in fact shifted in the exact opposite direction.

2003? Wow. Been around longer than I thought. Why would a ‘carebear’ threaten you?

I assume that’s like a smurf or a little pony, like applejack?

Well, here’s my threat - I’m gonna make her as hard to kill as possible, and yes that means me, the rl person, will wait you out. I’ll read a book, watch a movie, whatever. I’m sure random chance will happen, and you’ll get her sooner or later, but you won’t get her often.

Unless father helps you. He appears to be doing so, a lot more than in the past.

You keep humming this tune, even though it’s fundamentally untrue.

But you can believe whatever you want. Earth can be as flat as you want it to be.

Is it? Only one of my three points was succesfully refuted, and that not by you.

First thread I see from a cloaky afk camper, confusing salt with vitriol, lamenting the dangers of afk mining and even gate camping and pvp in general.

Advocating for more afk playstyle, that’s some much needed distraction on these forums.

But I have every confidence that OP will adjust and adapt.

lol. It can’t be that unique. Does that CODE group still exist? I’ve been back about 3 weeks, and I have yet to see more than a single catalyst…

They defunct? No matter. At the time, they were interesting. They took a gripe, which was a bs gripe, and dealt with it in game. Kudos. No real whining for Father changes. They just handled it.

I lost a few ships. Not enough to stop me, but hey, I respected them. I still afk-mine. Tell me it’s interesting, that you know any miners that are not socializing or watching movies or reading, that just sit there and watch with rapt attention as they dig.

None, right?

James’ legacy endures. Shall I call the Princess, @Aiko_Danuja ? She may be inclined to show the errors of your ways

You haven’t made any points. You just complained about game mechanics as they relate to being unfavorable to you, but you tried to do it in this pseudo-intellectual way to make it seem like you were making points.

Oh. Then I stand corrected, again. I guess the real people that disputed my real points didn’t really do anything?

Why bother? You guys aren’t really doing ■■■■. Just psudo-showing of my pseudo-errors of my intellectual-seeming issues…

Then why are you babbling against me?

True, I was wrong about the warp stabilizers.

Ya’ll can blow me to hell, at least on this toon, no doubt about it. She can’t do a damned thing about it, all her points being spent on avoidance. You got all sorts of outlets for your angst and vitriol and jihadi needs of murder and mayhem, including faction warfare.

She’s just likely to be carrying a lot of loot, valuable loot. Already been told that people are insulted they can’t have it. Why should you have it? What did you do to earn it?

My final attempt to help you ease back into life in EvE Online: join a large, well organized group, preferably in nullsec or wh space. Absorb the knowledge and use it to your benefit without having to ask “daddy” for changes to mechanics unless they clearly are a design flaw.

You can do a lot. You just choose not to.

You seem to think everything is about you. No one cares about you, or your loot. Players care about loot in general.

You’re nothing but an insignificant blip in the grand scheme of things. But here you are, on the forums, complaining that EVE’s devs and players aren’t allowing you to grind PvE in peace, so we’re arguing with you. I don’t really know what else you expected to happen here.

My answer to you - no. Not right now. Maybe later. I’ve been part of a large organization. It was a mixed bag. I agree with some stuff we did, and I disagree with a lot more.

I like that we are taking collateral damage seriously, and minimizing it, and I respect the goals and values being lived out. But no. Groups are not my thing, not after that.

Nothing. I don’t expect anything to happen. I just expect to be allowed to say my piece. People can think about it if they want, and do what they want with it. Offering our perspectives is all we can do. Well. No, it’s not. It’s all we SHOULD do, in most cases.

Okay, well, no one’s shutting you up. You’re free to say whatever you want, just like we’re free to disagree with you. Disagreement isn’t persecution.
