CCP has responded. “Ice spawns are random. There is no known issue with Ice spawns.” My issue is we have station owners running low on fuel blocks, and we all know what happens when a station runs out of fuel; it becomes vulnerable and can be destroyed a lot easier… Is this part of the plan? I don’t know, but given the general trend of the game development lately, it would not surprise me.

The price of ice must surely rise then as there will be stations crying out for fuel, right?
