A sentence in English is usually:

Subject - Verb - Object (e.g. ‘Milly reads the book’)

The subject is placed at the beginning, thus ‘Streamer’ (‘HateLesS’) is the subject of your title and must therefore be the subject of this thread.

You could have written - ‘Harassment and Griefing: What Does the Community Think?’

But you did not do so.
