this is more of a question, why is structure service mods limited to 1 or 2 areas?
would like to see more of them in more areas and more accessable to those who have refineries and engineering complexes

Research and invention modules can be mounted onto any structure, but only the engineering complex will have the added bonuses.

Theres ~180 of each R&D module on the market including in every trade hub.
Sooo, unless you need to buy more than 200 of each, then I’m still confused.
