So I am sitting at this Citadel and the secure timer has less than 2 hours… I have never done anything citadel related nor took my time to rad about them, but my question is…what timer I should be looking for or when do I know when to steal the structure? It is a 1 man corp that as far as I know has not been online in forever…how do I steal this crap? 
The timer shown on a Citadel just indicates when it next goes into vulnerability and thus when you can shoot it. Not scoop it.
The unanchor timer is not displayed anywhere and is 7 days long. Stealing a Citadel can be done of course, but you need to be very lucky or have some other knowledge as to when the unanchoring timer finishes.
