I’ve constructed the civilian data analyzer and I’ts in my item hangar. Tutorial wants me to open the industry panel, then then the jobs tab. I can’t deliver my analyzer because I’ts not there. Hope that made sense.
So you delivered the item before you were told to?
You could try resetting that part of the tutorial by clicking the “?” icon beside the heading of the Operations Info Panel.
Or, if you have the ISK, you could purchase the required minerals and build the analyzer a second time.

Right-click the blueprint, look at the required materials to build another one, and buy those minerals from the market. Make sure you buy from a nearby station, as you’ll have to transport them to the station where your blueprint is. Then just make the stuff again.
