Suggestion: add "Mutate All" Button to the Mutate Item Window

Note: remove unnecessary tedium when mutating a large batch of modules

I propose a button that performs the mutation of all of the same mutaplasmid-item combinations from the same source to the same destination as specified in the Mutate Item Window.
