Suggestion for changes to jump clones

Some suggestions for improving and simplifying jump clones

  • Remove the jump clone skills completely,
  • Have just a number of jump clone slots fixed,
  • Cooldown based on distance of jump (number of systems by shortest path) rather than fixed and skill based.

I support this. The cool down is to stop me traveling great distances instantly? So if I fly to the station, why is there a cool down?
