Support not fixing my issue

Posting here to hopefully get someone from CCP’s attention. I managed to remove myself as owner from a chat channel I made without setting a new one, and now I can’t control the channel.

I submitted a ticket asking for help, but it’s been a week almost and the only response I got was an automated reply telling me to clear my cache.

Are support actually going to help?

Had the same problem years ago, and support actually helped me iirc. So I would reiterate on the ticket until you get help.

EDIT: Found my ticket, the GM installed me back as owner back then.

I guess I have no choice but to keep messaging them. For something that should be quite simple it’s taking way too long.

It took a week back then 5 years ago.
