so, this is one of those posts, where you do everything right and STILL have a problem.
I was trying to login to report a bug with the launcher, and its telling me my email isn’t verified, so off I go to the account management page.
I see a red exclamation icon next to my email, figure ‘ok, that means theres an issue’ so I update my email address.
I accepted the request, then received an email to verify my address, I verified the request, all’s gucci right?
WRONG.
upon going back to account managment, I see a green check next to my address. green means good to go.
there’s an ‘email change in progress’ above my address.
I go back to the support portal…tried to login, it point blank refuses to allow me to do so, claiming my address is unverified, and spitting a gibberish reference code that looks alot like something windows would barf up when it messes the bed.
I’m now completely clueless on what to do to fix this.
anyone got any ideas?
