super bad service and not the first time
every ticket i have sent has taken a minimum of 8 hours to get a fix or non generic answer
if i ran my business this way it would be bought out
You spend days getting logistics and market details correct mapping ,trends and fixing stock positions ready to act only to be stopped ,not by another player but by the game and support itself
why release un- tested products ?? what are you thinking when a new pattern is run failing in the test server then you release anyway ??? what does that say too your player base
the fails with the new augments and dropped out service in jita and perimeter are shocking …no correlation with a stacking skill injector run ???
