How long does it usually take for CCP to respond after logging a support ticket?
Could be anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks, I’ve had experience with both time frames.
Lately I haven’t had to wait more than 48 hours for a secondary response (GM having to get back to be on something from someone in a specific department), most initial responses have been within 24 hours. They used to be horrible, but the past year or so they have been amazing - and helpful, not just generic copy-paste.
