Finally, a response, and from a dev I actually have some faith in. Thank you @CCP_Rise for listening to us and getting back to us so quickly.

Damn, you have faith… that is… surprising… because I still remember the thread where he stated

Our plan is to to begin building back towards reasonable power balance for ECM ships and modules under the new mechanic, and we will make the first step in that direction this November.

And that was in October of 2018… guess how much things have changed since then (well since November when they took the ‘first step’)… that’s right, not one bit

So I have less faith that a response from CCP Rise will lead to anything other than the lip service of the initial post.
