Survey scanner "improvement" ideas

  1. Allow/mod the options to scan only what is targeted, like a “focused” scan, or/and the standard “omni-directional” scan with a survey list.

  2. Allow/empower survey scanners to be mounted to either a high power slot or midslot, and maybe give mining barges/exhumers an extra high slot for it also. Or make a specialized scanner that can be mounted on high slots, but with some tradeoff, like only “focused scanning”, or less range.

  3. Make a generalized but significantly less effective/reliable scanner that works on everything ore/ships/cargo. Or make a specialized scanner for this purpose.
