Well, if you think of things in terms of âthe gameâ thatâs probably a valid question. OTOH⌠if something can be built, somebody will almost certainly build it, if only to try it out. Then, if it turns out to be truly useless (as opposed to âuselessâ in the sense gamers use the word, i.e., âI donât like itâ) nobody will build, buy, or fly it. Not just âonly a few peopleâ, nobody.

He want e-war ships so your destroyer will lose most of itâs weapon strength so it can e-war better. Not my fault he want them like covert cruisers. The issue is whatever he will ask for, itâs essentially already covered by something.
