I think that PvE players should be able to mark specific targets such as ECM or Sensor Dampening ships during a mission to allow for easier targeting of such ships when the Overview is not used.
Form fleet. Invite no one else.

Pretty much what Nevyn said. This gives you the additional benefit of being safe from random people sending out fleet invites so that they can warp to you and steal your loot without scanning you down first, or warp you out of your mission to gank you.

… if you need to fleet yourself up to avoid this you’re the kind of person who doesn’t deserve their loot anyway
