I run a new-player academy corp. I was on the test server showing new players how to do PVP and test new features in the game in FD-.

“Desmond Padecain” came in a HAW dread and kept killing my new players. I asked him to stop and he did not, in violation of your “Test Server Rules” Rule 2: “Combat by consent only, except in the designated combat system (M-OEE8)”.
