Thank you, shout out to CCP customer support!

Hey there capsuleers!

After quite some absence from Eve I got dragged into it again - but when I tried to reactivate my accounts, I encountered some major problems and here is where the surprise started for me. I’m used to shitty customer support these days, standard makro answers and not a single frack given about my issues or problem in particular.

CCP managed to surprise me here - I got quick, precise and friendly answers, that were very helpful and reassured me about getting back into Eve. I was so pleasantly surprised that I had to tell my friends who used to play it, too - getting them involved again.

So here’s a little shout out from myself - thank you guys, keep up the good work!
