3 days that my account was hacked.

2 days that I got confirmation from CCP.

Since then only one news.

No French GM available.

It is lamentable to leave people without information.

Didn’t you get your last thread ranting about customer support ticket response times locked? Doing this over and over won’t get your ticket processed any faster, it’ll just result in a forum ban.


On your last post, Falcon explained that your ticket is most likely held up for investigation, which you can still see here. As he also stated, there is a lot that they have to go through in these cases.

Since this is a copy of your last topic about your ticket, I am going to go ahead and close this one as well. I suggest that if you are looking for an update to comment a reply on the ticket itself since that is the best way to find out what’s going on and what the status is.
