The solution is simple, submit a ticket to CCP to disable the feature for you, no need for threads like this, that’s called choice.

Submit a ticket for self exclusion? I see no options in the tickets, where are the tickets located? there is literally no safe guards, warnings or information on how someone can protect themselves from this issue.

You can submit a ticket (click here or hit F12 in-game and click “Go to Help Center”) and under the Game Play Support → Game Play → General Questions category request in the Description field that the HyperNet is deactivated in your client. You will have to replicate this process for each one of your accounts.

Hypernet is bad alone. I do it because it’s fun (and only when it’s cheap) but I have no clue why someone would be addicted to it. If he wants to gamble he should go gamble on somewhere without a 50% house edge like hyper scam.
(if I wanted risk I’d go and autopilot my 500 bil orca. Or go solo pvp in a very blingy ship. Not hyperscam)
CCP kinda banned in game gambling, just BTW.
Addiction is when you’re having fun doing it. If he’s selling everything to fund hypernet then he’s an idiot. If he’s spending ingame money for hypernet it just means he likes the UI. (I don’t see why anyone would be doing it for the thrill of gambling, it’s just too unprofitable)

Call a clinic because no amount of whining here will get you the professional help you need, maybe they can submit a ticket for you to disable the feature.
Considering ISD are not CCP staff and cannot impact the game or services, please be kind to them. Linking these is the best they can do.

I don’t have an addiction issue. I’m just not an asshole like you that downplays it and tells people it is easy to deal with it.
@ISD_Lord_Arranoth why would you let the trolls win by closing the topic and not actually moderating the spam they cause. Like for example Zoiie here who is completely ignorant and absolutely disrespectful to people with a serious issue. All they wanted is to get the thread locked and you just helped them.

Might as well demand everybody to uninstall the game.
Like personally for me, just playing hypernet relay is giving me an urge to go gamble in real life. It’s a joke of a feature for a game.
