For me it means I’m mining. I hate mining so if for some hideous reason you see me doing it you can bet I’m not paying any attention at all. In fact it might not even be me doing it.
Now that I think about it the only reason I can think of for me to be mining is either someone’s grabbed my account or I’m toying with the idea of suicide.

See what’s really happening is that for far too long I haven’t been assaulting others in highsec. I haven’t employed this craft because I found the rules too complicated. Now however I know that they are not, they are DPS vs time. It’s simple. One rule, not hundreds. I also know that your method isn’t likely to be helpful (see? I’ve been reading the rest of the thread!).

Knowing you, I don’t even have to skim it to know what it’s about. 
I was wondering what this was about.
Its not a Micro Jump Depot. Its a Mobile Micro Jump Unit.
They are between 4 and 5 million a pop (on my local market), cannot be retrieved and last two days. They take a minute to “activate” and 12 seconds to jump you after activation.

Now you can jump like a battleship
The Mobile Micro Jump Unit launches a ship 100 km in whatever direction the ship is facing, similar to the Large Micro Jump Drive module. It has no cooldown between uses or limit to how many ships can use it at once, but it does have a warm-up time of 12 seconds before initiating the jump. It can be used by sub-capital ship and can be used both by friendlies and enemies. It has a 1 minute activation time, a lifetime of 2 days and cannot be retrieved - it is only a one-time use disposable structure.
