No one faces less risk than the guy who gets wealthy from PLEX and trains skill risk free with SKILL injectors. They should be the most hated people in EVE! Why would CCP support such game play and not punish them.

Because CCP aren’t idiots.
If CCP does not use PLEX, illegal gold sellers flourish. Plex are the single best weapon CCP has against RMT.
Also Plex are important in allowing a wider range of people to play the game.
Now stop being salty over a business trying to actually stay in business.

Doing nothing but the ‘magic 14’ in your first 90 days is on you, not on the game. And doesn’t require SP injectors to avoid.

RMT has no effect on my game play and never has. so remind me again, why I should care about it? PLEX are important in allowing a wider range of people to play the game with zero risk. Its lazy game play, you did not work for the ISK just like a BOT. Only difference between those that buy PLEX and BOT/AFK play is the BOT and AFK player faced risk for their wealth. At least the BOT and AFK players undock from a station and face risk for their wealth. If CCP was not punishing all miners and ratters as if they were BOTS or AFKERS, I would not even give a ■■■■ about AFKERS, BOTS, PLEX, and SKILL injectors. I would not even be on this forums, I would be having fun playing EVE but CCP took that away from me and thousands of other people.

I’m not, and there is counterplay for this, describing it here however would just screw me and others over even though we aren’t the ones doing it.
I have a friend who just flew her ship into whatever that system in Delve is where the huge battle crashed the servers. Now she’s flying all over the place there making bookmarks on grid with these people using prototype cloaking so she can take pictures. That alone, to me says it all. Landing on grid, totally visible and within 100km of trillions of isk worth of tethered ships, dropping a bookmark, and then doing a 180° turn and warping off indicates to me that either they don’t feel like untethering to kill one tiny frigate, or that they are actually scared of it. Once she’s got her bookmarks in place guess what she’s going to do, camp and wait for the war to start back up so she can take pictures.
Are there other “cloaked campers” in that system? I don’t know, but it seems like we good a place as any to stick some and for good reason, it’s a friggin war, they are useful. Maybe the people who think that cloaking and camping is a problem should look at how someone who’s been an omega clone for a little over a month managed to fly right up their nose and set up a photography studio rather than freaking out over the mechanics of the game it self just because they don’t like someone’s tactics.
As I said before, people in lowsec find and kill people at safe points, Wingspan has a video that shows how it can be done, and while I’m only a little over a year old I know how it could be done.
If I had the resources of one of these mega corps I think I could solve the problem overnight, as it is I do not, but could, given a lot of time and incentive, do it alone. By a lot of incentive I mean a reason of my own, not someone trying to bribe me to do it. If I had the resources of one of these mega corps I think I would put them to better use by sending my own pilots out to do the exact same thing to the other guy. Come to think of it, if they aren’t doing that, why? It obviously works or if wouldn’t be happening.
I still don’t see the problem with this, even if there is no counter for it. If I’m going to spy on you do you think I’m not going to use everything I can to do it? Or that since you can’t stop me CCP should?

Hs ore spawns should be nerfed or the null sec ore nerfs are just useless. Putting ratting isk entirely in the ess would kill ratting in null entirely. What would be the benefit?
You wouldn’t have ratters out to tank, and you’d have next to nothing in the ess.

YOu add ESS and DBS :
Farmer win 95% mini of bounty.
DBS is 15% min (so 110% bounty min) , max105% (so 200%). All money of the DBS go to ESS. DBS increase with activity.
Risk VS reward solve : If you farm in an umbrella with a lot of people , you could win a lot more ISK … but you need to actively pvp, other case you will just attract more pirat.
Pirat need to make a choice :Go to low defense system and encoutner few resistance to steal but steal few… or go to hellfarm system and face the defense.
ESS tick is not uniform anymore, but give you money really 2 hour after the tick (or 3 or 4 hour , idea coudl be n nearest you are from LS/HS and 0.0 npc, shorter is you’re vulnerable phase for tick, if you are far from normal gang … so you must defend more time).

RISK VS REWARD solve.
And yes “but you will increase quantity of ISK generated in game” : Yes but beacause you increase pvp player you also increase destruction. So not an issue.

Why do so many people make this mistake?

The ‘magic 14’ is not a requirement, it’s a recommendation of skills you could train that are nearly always useful.

‘Magic 14’ is the answer to the question ‘What should I train, I have no idea what I want to do’. It’s not the answer when the newbie has an idea of what they would try to do, as there are more important skills to train first when they for example wish to do exploration, ewar in fleet battle or mining.

And even if the magic 14 is a good choice, training it to 3 or 4 is more than sufficient for a newbie.

You don’t have to. I made myself some alphas with 1M SP invite link and parked them in shattered wormholes. every few days log on different and hack some anomalies.

Yesterday within an hour hacked 170M (probably more because there were some BPCs) in a 7M frigate. So it can also be simple.
