Also your two “things that can happen” are incorrect as the #1 determining factor isn’t if a gank was or wasn’t successful, it’s if a CODE ship was destroyed (to some degree) by a player.

I dont understand why it would matter if it were the #1, #4, or #100 determining factor. Part of your rules is that if the gank was successful, then no bounty will be paid. It wouldnt matter if it were the #1000th determining factor, if its still part of the rules and still applies, then it applies and is a part of the rule.

what you want to do is make some incorrect point about the job of another group of players and try badly to paint me as a hypocrite.
You are arguing because you were told by me, that your assumption that the job of AG is to save the immediate victim was wrong. It is well understood by most AG that saving the victim is rather difficult if not impossible in many hauler type gank scenarios. So to see that as our job is just setting up for massive failure. Loot denial works…, which is why you don’t like it.
The OP was talking about his terms for his bounty pay-out, and as such he said that the gank had to fail in order to receive a payout, which is totally fine for him and his ISK. He did not make any comment about AG in terms of this, which is what you did.
And one more thing, do I have the arrogance to define what CODE’s job is, no, but you have for AG.

Antigankers are some of the least skilled and dumbest players in the game. Really makes you wonder what the point of them following gankers in their mind is if they apparently aren’t even trying to stop ganks anymore
