His right to not having his work subverted by blind ignorance is not a right…
So, he’d have to protect his work, however, if his protection work for his work, is subverted by blind ignorance, his right and rights are still violated.
If it is not a right, it may possibly be more than a right.
In fact, I’ve been in courts for my work since it was finished with the same lawyers he works for.

Free healthcare and the Army has to do with me, however, what happened , however potentially real for others, is not valid in my case and family’s case.
Military lawyers as well as other related with them work better than him and his associates.

@ 4:31, however, it’s right that he can’t take people without justification to make pet studies (malpractice).

The rule of law are not about laws being universal and applying to everyone.
Laws apply to everyone differently depending on their conditions, who they are, and why they are who they are, and so on.
What he is suggesting would require review by other legal authorities to correct his own mistakes, which he apparently does twice so far (although, not twice in a row, I have to give him that, he did something right, even though he is trying to use it to achieve another goal, seemingly ulterior goal).

The android data is working for the federation, and so, he would have to be a lawyer working for them, with the authority required to take over control of the work he does, as administrator, as computers working for the government do their work, including military systems, and military electronic systems, and military AI (Artificial Intellgence) systems are, as for when personnel have to stop them due to malfunction or undesired or undesirable functions…

@ 7:29

When the authorities refuse evidence based on constitution or, if they try to enforce refusal to accept evidence, this refusal should be entered in the case transcript to be used in other case related to the rule of the courts within that rule of law for the case or subsequent cases.
Depending on what that evidence is, and what and how it is refused for, especially if the refusal of that evidence is endangering society, and that they are trying to discredit the party presenting the evidence as if a danger to society when it is not, therefore protecting the same problem they are causing .

It is out of contact with reality, which reality this software works with, in as much as parts that are not real are also related to the same axis of time , in relation with the reality (which is not false or unreal, or out of contact with reality to the exact same level and possible to have exact and real numerical values to compare and in comparison, to a certain degree and percentage of exactitude, for scientific method).

@ 19:30
with
Problems of over-inclusiveness and
under-inclusiveness , mhh, to what level and exactly to which scientific level and degree is it inexact in relation to certainty ratio, and theory of uncertainty ?
For scientific method.
Also, isn’t it a question of law, or , for the administration of justice,
and not related to science or scientific research?
It seems highly unscientific and blatatly erroneous and different from the facts.
Supposed to apply to facts of the law, based on the case before them, while trying to avoid the scientific truth.
Fine.

My neighbour lived in B4 and I was in B2, but I assured you that police were there many times.
Nice Kangaroo yes.

How close is the nearest black hole?

The closest black holes yet discovered are several thousand light-years away. They are so far that they have no effect on Earth or its environment. A supermassive black hole appears to inhabit the center of the Milky Way galaxy, about 27,000 light-years away.

What is the closest known black hole to Earth?

The closest black hole we know of is V616 Monocerotis, also known as V616 Mon. It’s located about 3,000 light years away, and has between 9-13 times the mass of the Sun. We know it’s there because it’s located in a binary system with a star with about half the mass of the Sun. - Mar 21, 2016

Today we’re holding both EU and municipality elections… the farthest and closest government for citizens.

But I am tired and won’t wait for the results. Nighties lovelies!

Don’t the EU have some representant(s) in the UN more for diplomatic reasons than for political reasons?
They don’t have municipality elections here, only one at a time because they never get along enough for that.!.

It seems EVEMon is updated once again. That was a long wait. It works a bit jerky, but that’s to be expected with the ESI.

I tried EVE Mon before, and I think I used to test it for calculating the best route of action to train pilots with the most efficient path, or, what attributes to change, when, and the costs, to compare with the value on the Bazaar, and how long it would take if done right, or, if done in average.
Now that Extractors exist, that can help me to train my first Rorqual pilot, before the 2nd one…

Edit @ 06:39:
Quick definition from Google: “the restriction of the arbitrary exercise of power by subordinating it to well - defined and established laws .” … That’s very different from the " rule of law ", whereby the actions of all members of a society, including those who rule , are constrained by legal standards. - Oct 20, 2014

### Language Log » Rule of / by law
languagelog.ldc.upenn.edu/nll/?p=15334

Rule of law is not even having restrictions, as, when those restrictions and practice are abusive , they are in fact violating the rule of law.
Rule of law is the power of law.
Compared to say, rules not done by law.
It can be restrictive, it doesn’t have to be , even if it attempts to divert from the fact.

H.G. Callaway

What is the rule of law? What are its implications and limits?

What is the meaning of the rule of law, and how does this differ from the “rule of men” or arbitrary government?

From the American Bar Association:

What makes up the rule of law?

No freemen shall be taken or imprisoned or disseised or exiled or in any way destroyed, nor will we go upon him nor send upon him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land. —Article 39, Magna Carta (1215)

Huh… so-so. A catalonian iIndependentist guy beated the current mayor by 5,000 votes (146,000 vs 151,000) and got 10 out of 41 seats in the municipality council. But, it’s unclear whether he’ll find a majority to become mayor, or support his catalonian independence agenda. I voted the former mayor albeit she’s not of my liking just to prevent the other guy from winning, but oh well. We’ll see, winning the election and bcoming mayor are different things, and he’s in no easy place to sell the independentist stuff.

Heh…

Humon states that this was her experience with road travel and British men -they would go out of their way to let her (the only woman) have a little privacy, if only have one of the beds for her alone, in contrast with Dannish men who weren’t concerned at all about sharing bed with her.

Well, this also would be the case with Spanish men, too. Not just by gentlemanship but because of the endless jokes about:

a) did you take advantge? You filthy you!
b) didn’t you take advantage? You gay you!

Which would be thrown out for days, week and months… both types at once.

And now I’m off to bed. Nighties lovelies!

Also: ALL lines are curves. But our brain apparently needs extra information (contrast) to determinate that a curve is a curve and not a straight line. Deprived of that information, straight lines win in the interpretation.

No, this is not an April Fools day trick.
I think I also posted this before and didn’t realize the details about the new lunar space station.
I also don’t think the deadlines will be met, however, they may be.
It would be interesting to find out the exact difference in the deadlines by amount of time difference, in comparative percentages, and , if new budget will be designed to adjust to the change in scope of project(s).

It turned out that the reasons that they could not understand was because that the information was getting lost into a wormhole, or, the nearest wormhole, which would not even let light escape, let alone his chances of escaping, or to see the light of day (as in “they”, or “they” what?, or who is “they”?, not to confuse with who’s day? which sounds very similar to whose “they”?)!

Nonetheless , much better than school advanced class president election results for this forum, just saying.
