It’s also illegal to try to make money by fears, and to instill fears on others.
Terrorism is an illegal type of activity which does make money by mean of creating fears by force, and striking terror into others.
It’s no better to offer services based on fear of false facts, or to incriminate people based on fear which are not real and created by the accusers, with the intent to deceive.
