Oh, this kind of tricycles have a market niche. In many EU countries you can drive them with a car license (B type) and they have better performance than A1 license cycles (mopeds and small scooters) which also can be driven with a B license. Those tricycles are engineered to be very stable and yet have the size and dynamics of a motorbike. Might not be a large niche but they don’t sell bad neither.
