Same can be said for doctors and nurses. 
EDIT: In my country, when a patient dies in the hospital,the relatives of the patient lynch the doctor and his/her assistants. So there is a relatively new law in place to prevent these type of situations. Nowadays if you even touch a doctor, police can arrest you.

They can also lock you up in a mental institution.
It’s not always good to touch or attack a doctor who should be working in a mental institution to care for patient who may need it.
The case should be brought in court, and, if the courts are liable, then, both parties at are fault.
There are many ways where professional have to right (or duty) to be causing people’s death, and doctors also are one of those professionals.
It doesn’t give them the right to do that in the wrong conditions.
I can see why I’d want to get more info on them for in case they tried to discredit me from my work, and transfer the benefit from my work to them without my authorization or the proper right to do it.
I already have to be facing that every day, as there is a lot of competition against me.
If i don’t design systems to protect what I do create and get the authorship of, the work is then attempted to be forfeit, and the benefit that it brings to society is also attempted to be discredited from me.
Even the proof of it is attempted to be forfeited.
I would very likely deal with other markets if they started to cause more damage to my work, especially now that I do have to transfer my studies into government authorized universities, instead of my own business studies and work, and authorship.
It’s important to protect work from being used to damage others.
When this happens, there’s nothing society can do to stop it, even if the source of the damage is not the original author.
There are many ways and systems designed to use facts against others and attribute it to sources which may not want it or cause the damage.
That’s why it’s better to design systems to track this, and to report it to the proper authorities.
I wouldn’t be able to use any of my work, even from universities, if I didn’t have a mean and a way to protect it against forfeiture, and against it being used as a weapon against those it is intended to benefit.
I know if the doctors are not able to keep my future family healthy that I am better to be somewhere the doctors can do it.
It’s not only a social factor.
Not every community are friendly, and many may have interest in conflicts rather than friendliness, especially if they can see that they can get away with it, and no one is protecting their target for enmity.
Of course, there may be monitoring done by some system, but if they can’t see it, they may feel justified in their attempts, especially if they think they are making money from it.

How would they be able to get it back?
If they do warm it up, they have to make sure it will remain in safely in place and not get lost or get forfeited.

That happens here too, specially with gipsies/latinos. And not just if someone dies. Last week, a pregnant teen went to a ER in a small town at 2 AM with 5 relatives and they beated the doctor and nurse there as they were attending a case of ethilic comma. Reason? The pregnnat teen had been there the afternoon before and had been sent back home, apparently relieved, but she felt ill again in the night. As a result, the doctor was temproally incapacitated with a bruise to his eye’s cornea, the case of ethilic comma had to be taken to a hospital in the capital and of course nobody could attend the pregnant teen for a couple of hours before a medical team came from the capital. News Politically Correctly avoided to mention the ethnicity of aggressors but Twitter is not so PC and stated, to nobody’s surprise, that they were gipsies. Now let’s say that there was a security guard at the ER… and he just as much as broke a nail of one of the gipsies beating the doctor. You bet that a) he would be beaten too and b) some anti-racist NGO would ciam charges of “racism” for he touching the gipsies instead of patiently talking them into stop beating out the living lights of a doctor attending an emergency.
This is Spain in 2018. 
(Oh, and what do the gipsies face? Well, they might be fined eventually, unless they’re bankrupt OR their household income is below poverty level in which case they will essentialy be reprimanded. With aggressions on medical personnel slowly climbing through the years -not just by inmigrants and gipsies but Spaniards too-, there are proposals to protect them under the same legal status as policemen, justices and other, but some people think it would be too harsh on aggressors (!) as possible punishments include imprisonment for up to 7 years)

Also: Wargaming is seriously changing carrier mechanics in WoWs. They agreed a year ago that they were FUBAR and according to this video, they completely got what was FUBAR: a bad carrier vs good carrier essentially ruined the game for the team suffering a bad carrier, gameplay mechanics were nuts (Action/RTS mxied bag) and top tier carriers were unfun as they could essentially one-shot everyone they targetted no matter if they lost many planes in the process.
The prototype looks interesting and since it’s going open beta we might see it soon(ish) in the live server.

Rockets look like the right weapon to deal with DDs. I wonder if they will incapacitate/hit AAA too…

CCP maybe reveal the release date on EVE Vegas, I hope they will.
I dont think voting means much for people these days. Actually there is a resurgence of nationalism, it gives people some superficial comfort, without solving any problems, its just blaming others, so the actual country rulers can do nothing and country can lie in shambles while they talk about how proud they are because they are born in such a (miserable) place.
For example blaming mexicans for drugs in US.
While its US problem in such a measure its not really separable from any country, US or Mexico, its people, peaple are moving around, stuf is mving around, money is moving around, guns are moving around. 
If there would be no people using drugs in first place, there would be no problem.

For instance, when my cousin got in a coma for 9 months, we didn’t hit the doctor or charge the organized crime it was from.
We paid $50,000 to get her back to life and it functioned.
Of course, she is descendant of a medical department which is part of one of the greatest armed forces on planet, and as such, are participating into war against other parties at war against them, whichever war that may be, medical warfare or other.
It’s also not a coincidence that the same parties that are trying to forfeit it end up causing warfare since the 1950s.
Others can decide to attack doctors and limit the scope of benefit they bring to society, even when, and if, the courts tried to marginalize them, or, if they try to cause the end of existence of their family name.
She died less than 5 years after coming back to life and had a tracheotomia .
Also, if we are going to have kids or one child on mars, we have to have one, preferably not adopted, especially when it was not necessary for over 5 years.
It’s all very nice to try to circumvent physician and science based on beliefs, however, it won’t change an iota even if the law it is subjected to also won’t change an iota.
Mankind will be elsewhere before it happens, or die in the process, trying, that is also not to say that we’re not already there, elsewhere.
Another good reason there is no stupid question is that it would probably kill them to ask stupid questions.
