If you’re going to build a robot base on the moon to avoid making space junk, you have to make sure you can
A.
Keep control of them, which means, a control system which will not let them have AI which can control themselves as robots.
In other words, if their power goes out, they can’t fix themselves without control, and,
if you remove their control command system, they will stop functioning, and not make a new control system to take over themselves.
B.
If that doesn’t work, you have to destroy them to stop them.
You can’t give them power to damage humans because , then, they are a fair target for war.
It’s one thing to use machine for war, or a sword as a tool of defense, however, you have to keep control of the device, so that it doesn’t harm the wrong target, and, if stolen, won’t be used to make you lose control .
Machines are already used for defense and were designed to do so.
The best ones are used for that.
When that doesn’t work, better and safer ones are required to fill that role, which is then needed, since the needed amount of security needed as human to live is then lacking and is not fulfilled.
By the way, a robot base on the moon can serve to launch system to mars and make robot there.
Robots don’t suffer metabolic problems from gravity, because they can adapt to gravity faster than humans, and they can be designed to function in specific types of gravity, for which , we still have to develop human systems to either adapt or to function in those other gravity system.
Additionally, it turned out that gravity was the main force to overcome when going to the moon and when working on the ISS.

Keep them away from the internet and contained and in a controlled environment. Let these self-aware machines make the next generation of AI, smarter than themselves and kill us all?

Agreed, but we are not machines, never been, we are humans with a soul, and medical requirements unlike robots and machines.
To try to give them what we have is stupid, since they can’t get it.
Additionally, a database of knowledge is meant to be just that, a method for humans to get knowledge and get understanding from knowledge to decide what is the best action to put in practice.
If mankind dies, either by accident or other, such as an act of God, or other cataclysm on earth,
robots will be able to survive but will they be able to bring mankind back to life, and if so, how can they do it?
Should we live underground?
What if that is not possible?
How long do we have to survive in space to restart on earth?
It is still the only place we can procreate due to gravitational constraint, contrary to robots.
What are the required elements to restart human life?
How long will it take if some important decisive factors are missing?

Many computer systems and information systems are seized by the courts and interfered against.
When their system are not accepting interference and emit interference, they may not be authorized to do so.
It depends on their level of clearance, and security, and conditions, and other factors.
Right, some are seized without reasonable ground.
If some are seized without reasonable ground, does that mean that the AI is wrong and dangerous?
Who authorized the system to cause social damage and require military intervention to protect society ?
Why is his insurance not of utmost good faith.
Which part of the system was intentionally hidden and meant to cause problem by hiding the system when it should have been properly communicated , and the transfer of knowledge refused to be accepted to prevent the problem.?
Why and who had interest and creating this social problem, how did they try to interfere against the communication of information to prevent the damage, while paying other parties who abused the money instead of preventing the social damage?
Why and how would they try to circumvent military security?
Why do stupid people think they are smart?
Who pays them for that?

Sorry I didn’t read all, but would perhaps a biological machine (all known life) be best? Most advanced certainly. We’re not built to live in a vaccuum or live overly long, but would you want to?
As I read all the Alien books and recently saw the sequel to that precursor to the alien movies, perhaps these engineers in the books were more advanced than all, being able to create life?

I would die under those conditions so I have to design ways to protect myself better than that for self-defense, national defense and defense of my allies.
Just because someone or some people decide to attack me and not be allies with me and marginalize me doesn’t mean that I don’t have a duty to protect myself to survive or have a family.
Subterfuge was not intended to be enough for me to survive and is not what I will need.
If you get paid for that, it won’t cover 1% of my needs.
I also don’t plan to have this done to my family for another 3 generations or another 35 years.
If you count how many years from D’Day and the difference from 35 years, or 100 % of the second part of that time, it’s 75 years - 35 years = 40 years, almost 50% of the time, and almost 100% of the full second part of that time…
None of those solution ever were and ever will be of any use to me, and will always have been subterfuge and require such level of medical work that I do have to apply in medical school, and I apparently will be able to get in even though I would not succeed to be admitted right away at the start.
It’s not surprising around 50% of my family are medical staff, and one already is a doctor.
Additionally, I’m going to be busy with other work until tomorrow or later.
Furthermore, I don’t think I would expect you to read everything if your programs get interfered against to prevent damage to society.
In fact, it would be a good sign of how programs work.
I don’t read everything either am I expected to, and shouldn’t be expected to.
I didn’t graduate because of my ability to read everything but rather I graduated based on my skills.
If I read everything and it does interfere against my skill, then I would be responsible for failing to use my skills to their best extent and perhaps I would be responsible for wasting resources to read spam when I could use my resources otherwise.
It would also mean that my system is susceptible to spam, or, rather that my system is susceptible to overload, or, overcharge.
We had to solve a problem of overcharge for our systems analysis course.
If your army gets overcharged and destroyed, you have to find a way to solve the problem and get approval for it from an administrative source.
If they don’t agree, you might as well look somewhere else since they intend to destroy you.

Someone from the marine or the Royal Canadian Marine Corps (since is telling me that I am not positive enough, even though I have my most positive job offers in psychology which is 3 times better than all of my life put together.
He then lies further to me, saying that he finds that I have good potential, but that, since he tried to hold me wrong no matter what, that I should be the one liable for failure , and that even if I take psychology to get scientific evidence from clinical research to analyse how crazy he is, that I could not succeed no matter what, and that it would always be too negative and that I should always strive to have been more positive, as if cursed from birth and so on, according to his mental problems.
Either way, I do not only get 3 times my current income, enough to get a new credit card, and a house for my family, but I also get to become citizen somewhere with military more protecting of my needs and able to deal with people and regiments like him, and his doctors.

I would love to see walking in stations again this time with a better-looking couch and possibly a TV that could be linked to twitch that we can watch in the game laughing I also would like to see like the Pod Gantry crane they talk about in the books written by Tony Gonzales EVE: Templar One (EVE Series)
think it’d be neat if they would make Eve more of a social environment outside of the Pod allowing us to have little apartments maybe take some notes from second life and even enjoy virtual sex laughing that could be fun
