There’s so many different types of flu and different vaccines for it… we’d better hope that covid-19 doesn’t mutate and modify into that many types of effective variants, or else they’ll be working on covid-20a, 20b, 20c, etc. etc. by early 2021.
Instead, hope it just mutates into a less transmissible form by autumn (northern hemisphere edition).
Yeah, but as I said, we do have multiple flu vaccines… if we have to have multiple covid ones, fair enough… it’ll just makes the initial process longer this coming year or so, though, unfortunately.
We Americans don’t tend to eat enough seafood, but many of us take fish or krill oil supplements, at least.
Yeah, 4% mortaility rate certainly does beat 20%. We shall see how it all comes out in the wash.
Interesting. Well, I did read an article 2 or 3 weeks ago about how covid + your own immune system’s overreaction + the white blood cells + your lung linings combine to… basically destroy your lungs’ ability to breathe well, and that while some people survive covid, including the ones with little to no symptoms, a subset of those survivors are going to have compromised lungs to one degree or another for the rest of their lives.
And yep, cytokine storm is a pretty well known thing when it comes to previous immune system overreaction situations. I hadn’t heard about Spain/Italy mortality rate being tied to that specifically, though.
Right, they found 8 variants, which may infect the previous carrier .
The symptoms may vary, since the antibodies may affect the variant, although not block it, until new ones work better for it.
But hopefully some of those variants will mutate themselves out of existence before long, so it’s really a matter of who is left standing in the end. How many of us… and how many of the covid mutations.
Upon review, it averages out to around 10%.
It was 20%, some best results were under 1%, like, Germany, however, they have the 3rd most cases.
Other factors of importance are, percentage of population, and heal rate.
Of course, doctors have those data, however, how to integrate it in the treatment is easier said than done, since they have to solve overload problems.
In some cases it does.
In other cases, it doesn’t.
Those cases that don’t have too many antibodies, or, that don’t cause damage to good cells, are having the antibody get rid of the virus, as flu or other virus.
Why do some people react differently was found, and explained in the video.
Now , of course (or not), I could not verify that, and that was a medical research result which was published and/or approved by the WHO , in relation to what causes the health problems with this COVID-19.
I don’t have life threatening conditions yet, but my first quarantine is over 14 days ago.
I am however chronic bronchitis, so I have constant phlegm and cough.
If I work in a refrigerated environment, my nose drip and I have to clean it.
My lungs bronchial area is damaged since I am 5 years old due to frostbite.
When I contract flu the symptoms increase.
The chronic conditions doesn’t change when I have the flu.
Compared to something which may occur since I am 15 years old, 109% of my adult life,
my chronic bronchitis is 135% of my adult life, the 34 years of it.
If I’m old since 30 , that is the first 22 years of it.
On a good note, my family doctor’s office called me back to inform me that I didn’t need his referral to get an assessment from the assessment center for the COVID-19.
I was asked if they told that I needed it, but I remember they told me they wanted it, not needed it.
So, next time they refuse, if they do it again, I have to find how to bring that to another authority, since, they are the ones liable.
Like my lawyer.
They were liable the first time, that will be reported.
They also rescheduled another civil court case, and I had to pick documents from another 3rd case, in relation to 5 other cases, which is now too late to do as well.
it will have to be after I get paid in around 11 hours 3 minutes overnight.
I also have to file a request to get money for new employment training costs, for which, I will review receipts I have for payments for forklift certificates, amongst other things.
There is one more training I have to get, and that was before the COVID crisis, for a new contract, but that may not be working anymore.
Another day in confinement… today was my 46th birthday, a bit unusual since no family gathering, no gifts, no cake, no anything. But we’re all in good health and morale is good, and that’s no little thing these days. Nighties lovelies!
Also: COVID-19 is putting some birds to rest earlier than scheduled…
It’s sad to see the Airbus A380 among those. It is an impressive machine, but was born in the wrong market, and has become truly the last of the grand four-engines.
I wear a hospital mask, but I have a 3M air filter mask I can use if things get more nasty.
I am considering to start using gloves given the fact that nobody does take proper precaution to prevent damaging others.
Now, those air filter come with many different types of masks, and the filter we had at the aluminum plant is not the best for that COVID condition.
It would be easier to put systems around our sun to use energy from the sun, than to put them around a black hole.
There is probably more energy in a black hole, and stars will be in them, but, in a long time, likely over 10 billion years…
We must first survive the next star which will be approaching us to around 1.1 light years away in a few million years.
