Time to go to sleep. Nighties lovelies!

Also: I don’t get this band, really.

So, they play all music live, right? No sequencers, no keyboards, no synthesizers, all instruments are played live. BUT, then they remix the themes to hell and back until nothing sounds real… :woman_shrugging:t2:

Well today was fun. Went to a comic con. Saw Kevin Conroy, met the 2nd pink ranger, and the yellow zeo ranger.

Also seen some incredible artwork.

Time to go to sleep, although tomorrow there’s a holiday and i will not go to work… but people from other places in Spain might mail enquiries anyway so we’ll come tuesday to meet more pending work than on a ordinary monday after weekend. Or maybe not. Nighties lovelies!

Also: SF p0rn!

The funny thing is that all those MCNR Donnager data are TV only. The book barely describes it and the actions leading to its demise are barely written out since most of the action is seen through the eyes of Holden’s crew.

Is that a real ship CCP is working on? Or fan art?

Holiday ended and I’m going to sleep. Watched a ton of videos today so I guess my YT recommendations will be funny for a while… nighties lovelies!

Also: seriously, Mars is a looooong stretch away

(Also, nobody mentions how we would require at least two simulated missions before the real deal, so that’s 5 or 6 years spent in simulated missions, plus time to analyze them and fix whatever issues arise. And we don’t even have the technology).

Its fan art.

I dont know what to think of this movie below, is the engine so good, or the rest of car just rotted away so fast?

Fate has ordained that the men who went to the moon to explore in peace will stay on the moon to rest in peace.

These brave men, Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin, know that there is no hope for their recovery. But they also know that there is hope for mankind in their sacrifice.

These two men are laying down their lives in mankind’s most noble goal: the search for truth and understanding.

They will be mourned by their families and friends; they will be mourned by their nation; they will be mourned by the people of the world; they will be mourned by a Mother Earth that dared send two of her sons into the unknown.

In their exploration, they stirred the people of the world to feel as one; in their sacrifice, they bind more tightly the brotherhood of man.

In ancient days, men looked at stars and saw their heroes in the constellations. In modern times, we do much the same, but our heroes are epic men of flesh and blood.

Others will follow, and surely find their way home. Man’s search will not be denied. But these men were the first, and they will remain the foremost in our hearts.

For every human being who looks up at the moon in the nights to come will know that there is some corner of another world that is forever mankind.

-Text of William Safire’s speech for President Richard Nixon, in the event of a disaster besetting Apollo 11.
